Our Team
Collectively, our team has spent several years successfully assisting recent college grads, career changers and military veterans in securing internships and entry-level or experienced positions at top companies around the country. We have effectively established and developed multiple university & DEI recruiting programs that have led to over 5000 students and career changers finding job opportunities.
Our Work
Little Fish, Big Pond, a 501(c)(3) organization, was created with the goal of providing effective college and career planning for students, young professionals, veterans, and career changers, as they transition into the next phase of their careers.
"Many of the transitions we face in life, tend to be intimidating. At Little Fish, Big Pond, we're passionate about helping students transition smoothly from high school to college and eventually into the right career. We offer professional support from certified human resource professionals and industry experts. We provide career/college planning workshops, 1:1 and group sessions, as well as many online resources. We'd love to assist you on your journey."
